If you cannot pick up within the designated week, please do not bid.
1. Who We Are
RareHammer Inc. is an online liquidation auction house offering a variety of merchandise including electronics, appliances, tools, home goods, health & beauty items, and more.
Our inventory is primarily customer returns, undelivered parcels, shelf pulls, and overstock from popular retailers.We thoroughly inspect and list each item, noting any issues, missing parts, or defects. While some items are new/sealed, most are open-box. We are not a retail store; always read descriptions carefully. Our team is committed to excellent service and transparent listings.2. Registration
2.1 Information Accuracy
Your credit card billing address must match your registration details for payment processing to succeed.
2.2 HiBid Reputation Score
If your HiBid score is below 0 or flagged by other auctioneers, you may need to place a $300 CAD deposit to bid. If you don’t win, the deposit will be refunded; if you do, it will be credited to your invoice.
3. Bidding
3.1 Final Bids
All bids are final. Bids cannot be canceled or reversed. Please bid responsibly.
3.2 Product Inquiries
You may contact us through the “Contact Auctioneer” button on HiBid. Responses will be provided during weekdays only.
3.3 Right to Modify Auction
We reserve the right to remove or add items during the auction to ensure listing accuracy.
3.4 Descriptions & Photos
Each item is listed with accurate photos and condition details. Sealed items may use stock images. Please read all descriptions before bidding.
4. Invoices & Fees
4.1 Invoicing
Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of auction close. Each invoice will itemize:

5.1 Due Date
Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If your card is declined, payment must be made manually. Unpaid items may be considered abandoned.
5.2 E-Transfer
E-transfer is the preferred method of payment. Send to: [email protected]
Include your invoice number in the message field.
5.3 Cash at Pickup
Cash is accepted by request only and must be exact change. Please inform us in advance.
5.4 Orders Over $300
May require valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for verification. Names and addresses must match.
6. Pickup & Hold
6.1 Pickup Times
Pickup is by appointment only. Typical pickup hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM6.2 Pickup Start Time
Pickup for the previous auction will start from the following Tuesday to Saturday.
6.3 Location
Unit D, 413 Whitney Ave, Hamilton, ON L8S 2H6
6.4 Third-Party Pickup
You must email: [email protected] to authorize anyone picking up on your behalf. No exceptions.
6.5 Appointment Required
Pickup is strictly by appointment. Do not arrive without scheduling.
6.6 1-Week Hold Policy
We can only hold items for 1 week after the pickup window closes. After that, items will be considered abandoned.
6.7 Missing Items
If an item is not found during pickup, we will contact you by Friday of that week with a resolution or refund.
7. Shipping
We now offer Canada-wide shipping. For shipping requests or quotes, please contact us via email at [email protected].
8. Returns / Refunds / Credits
8.1 General Policy
All items are sold “as-is, where-is.” Returns are only accepted if:
There is a significant discrepancy (e.g., item is completely different from listing).8.2 Reporting

Include invoice number, item name, and supporting photos/videos.
8.3 Resolution Options
Once approved, you may:

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee + $2 handling.
9. Abandonment
9.1 Deadline
All items must be picked up by Saturday of the following week. Unclaimed items without prior communication will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
9.2 Communication is Key
If you’re unable to pick up, email us immediately. We are happy to work with you on alternate arrangements if contacted in time.
10. Fraud Protection
Orders over $300 may require photo ID and the payment card used. Names and addresses must match. No exceptions.
11. Miscellaneous
RareHammer Inc. is not responsible for injury or damage to individuals or property. Bidders agree to indemnify RareHammer Inc. against claims arising from auction participation.
